Entertainment Services Terms & Conditions (Mobile Disco • DJ • Photobooth • Soft Play • Balloon Modelling • Bouncy Castle Hire) 1. Booking & Deposit 1.1 A booking is confirmed only once the booking form has been completed and a non-refundable deposit has been received. 1.2 The deposit secures the date and covers administration and loss of other potential bookings. 1.3 Until the deposit is received, the date remains available and may be booked by another client. 2. Payment Terms 2.1 The remaining balance must be paid no later than 28 days before the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. 2.2 Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation of the booking and loss of the deposit. 3. Client Cancellation Policy All cancellations must be made in writing (email accepted). If the client cancels: • More than 4 weeks before the event: A full refund of any payments made (minus the non-refundable deposit) will be issued. • Within 4 weeks of the event: A 75% refund of payments made (minus the non-refundable deposit) will be issued. The deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances. 4. Provider Cancellation / Force Majeure 4.1 In the unlikely event we must cancel due to illness, accident, equipment failure, severe weather, or circumstances beyond our control, every effort will be made to provide a suitable replacement. 4.2 If a replacement cannot be provided, a full refund including the deposit will be issued. 4.3 No further liability will be accepted for any losses arising from cancellation outside our control. 5. Venue & Setup Requirements The client must ensure: • Safe access and adequate setup space. • Parking within reasonable distance of the venue. • Adequate power supply where required. • Permission from the venue for all booked services. • Minimum 60–90 minutes setup time before the event unless agreed otherwise. 6. Equipment & General Safety 6.1 All equipment remains the property of the provider. 6.2 Any damage caused by guests, venue staff, pets, or misuse may be charged to the client. 6.3 Services may be stopped if safety is compromised. 7. Bouncy Castle Hire – Safety & Use 7.1 Adult supervision is required at ALL times. The equipment is not supervised by the provider unless supervision has been specifically booked. 7.2 The client agrees to ensure: • No shoes, glasses, badges, jewellery, glitter, food or drinks on the inflatable. • No climbing, hanging, or rough play. • No somersaults or flips. • Children are grouped by similar age and size. • The inflatable is not used by adults unless specifically designed for adult use. • Face paint is permitted on condition its dry and the inflatable is free from paint on return. 7.3 Weather Policy • Bouncy castles cannot be used in heavy rain, strong winds, or unsafe weather conditions. • If weather conditions are unsafe on arrival, the inflatable will not be set up and a full refund (including deposit) will be provided. • If weather becomes unsafe during the hire, the inflatable must be switched off and not used. 7.4 The inflatable must remain in the position installed and must not be moved. 7.5 The client is responsible for: • Ensuring pets are kept away from equipment. • Preventing overcrowding or misuse. • Ensuring the inflatable is not used after the agreed hire period. 7.6 A cleaning deposit will be taken on booking or on the day. This will be returned at the end of the hire on condition it is clean and free from damage. This may take 1 to 3 days depending on payment method however transfers and cash are normally on the day. 8. Soft Play Safety 8.1 Soft play equipment is for children only and must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. 8.2 Equipment must be kept indoors unless agreed otherwise. 8.3 A cleaning deposit will be taken on booking or on the day. This will be returned at the end of the hire on condition it is clean and free from damage. This may take 1 to 3 days depending on payment method however transfers and cash are normally on the day. 9. Event Timings 9.1 Services will be provided for the agreed hours on the booking. 9.2 Additional time may be requested on the day but is subject to availability and additional charges. 10. Behaviour & Conduct We reserve the right to stop services if subjected to: • Abuse or threatening behaviour • Unsafe conditions No refunds will be given if services are stopped for these reasons. 11. Liability & Insurance 11.1 Public Liability Insurance and PAT tested equipment are held where applicable. 11.2 We cannot be held responsible for: • Venue restrictions • Noise complaints • Power failure • Weather affecting outdoor events 12. Photography & Marketing Photos/videos may be taken for promotional use unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the event. 13. Agreement Payment of the deposit confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Bouncy Castle Hire Agreement & Terms By paying a deposit and proceeding with a booking, the hirer agrees to the following terms and conditions. 1. Booking & Payment • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. • Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. • The remaining balance must be paid 28 days before event. (as agreed at booking). 2. Cancellation & Refund Policy The booking deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. Customer cancellations • Cancellations made more than 4 weeks (28 days) before the event date will be refunded in full minus the deposit. • Cancellations made within 28 days of the event date will receive a 75% refund of the remaining balance after the deposit has been deducted. Date changes • We will try to accommodate date changes where possible. • Changes are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. 3. Weather Policy Inflatables cannot be used in unsafe weather conditions. We reserve the right to cancel delivery if weather conditions include: • Heavy rain • Thunderstorms • High winds (approx. 24mph / Force 6 or above) If we cancel due to unsafe weather, customers may: • Rearrange to a new available date, or • Receive a full refund including deposit. 4. Delivery & Setup Requirements The hirer must ensure: • Clear and safe access to the setup area. • The setup area is: o Flat and level o Clear of stones, debris and animal waste o Large enough for the equipment booked If safe access or suitable setup conditions are not available upon arrival, the booking may be cancelled and no refund will be issued. 5. Supervision & Safety Responsibilities The hirer is responsible for ensuring: • Adult supervision at ALL times while equipment is in use. • No shoes, glasses, jewellery or sharp objects on the inflatable. • No food, drinks, chewing gum, face paint, slime or confetti. • No climbing or hanging from walls or roofs. • No overcrowding or mixing of large and small children. Use of equipment is entirely at the hirer’s own risk. 6. Damage, Loss & Cleaning The hirer agrees to: • Keep the equipment safe and in good condition during hire. • Pay for any damage caused by misuse or negligence. • Pay cleaning charges if equipment is returned excessively dirty. 7. Equipment Use Rules The equipment must: • Not be moved once installed. • Not be used overnight unless agreed in advance. • Not be used in unsafe weather. • Only be used by the appropriate age group for the inflatable booked. 8. Liability Disclaimer All persons using the equipment do so at their own risk. Chatty Chris LTD cannot be held liable for: • Injuries or accidents • Damage to property • Loss arising from misuse or failure to follow these terms. Hire Agreement Confirmation By paying the booking deposit or any of the invoice amount, the hirer confirms that they: • Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions • Agree to follow all safety rules • Accept full responsibility for the equipment during the hire period.
